Withdraw Funds from Your Account Quick, Secure, and Hassle-Free

At TopGambling, we’ve made withdrawals seamless, so you can focus on the fun. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about funding your account.


How to Make a Withdraw

  • Log in to Your Account

  • Go to the Deposit Page

    • Click the “Wallet” button, located in the center of the top bar

  • A popup will appear

    • Select your preferred way of depositing between "Crypto" and "Fiat"

      • At the moment we are accepting only "Crypto" as payments, soon we will add other ways for users to deposit money

  • Select "Withdraw"

  • Select the Blockchain you want to use

    • At the moment we allow deposits only through Solana, but soon also Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain will be integrated

  • Connect Wallet and Set Amount

    • In order to proceed you need to Connect your Wallet, in this case Phantom Wallet

Tip: If you don't have Phantom wallet please reach out to their Official Page where they teach you how to setup correctly a wallet

  • Select the coin you want to withdraw

  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw

  • Check the withdraw address to match your wallet

    • At the moment we do not allow to send funds to other custom address than connected wallet in order to prevent malicious intents.

  • Check the box for Terms of Services

  • Click Withdraw

Tip: Withdrawals are processed instantly and generally it takes about 1 minute to process them completely

If the process of withdrawal fails, try again couple of minutes later, Blockchain might be under heavy traffic.


Troubleshooting Withdrawals

  1. Payment Declined:

    • Double-check your payment details.

    • Ensure your Account's wallet has sufficient funds.

    • Refresh Page to see an updated balance for your Account

  2. Withdrawal Not Reflected:

    • Allow a few minutes for processing.

    • Check your Transaction History under “Account.”

    • Check for the Transaction by clicking on the related transaction row in Transaction History

    • If unresolved, contact Customer Support.
